At Tapered Menswear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items don't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hangtags remain attached to the clothing.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
